1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or accessing applications produced by SmartClassScripts (including IEP Insight, ScoreScribe, ReadRise Flashcards, and StudyStacks Card Builder), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our software.

2. License and Permitted Use

SmartClassScripts grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for professional educational and classroom administrative purposes in accordance with your subscription or purchase terms. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the underlying script code.

3. Free Tier & Subscriptions

IEP Insight offers a Free Tier supporting up to 3 students with no time expiration. Caseloads with 4 or more students require an active Pro Tier subscription ($30/year or $2.50/month), purchased through our payment processor and license manager, Gumroad. Subscriptions are valid for 12 months and automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
