Are SmartClassScripts tools FERPA compliant and secure?

Yes, 100%. All scripts execute strictly within your own Google Workspace account. Student data never touches an external server, database, or third-party cloud. You retain total ownership and privacy under Google's enterprise security architecture.

Why does ScoreScribe avoid generative AI?

Frontier AI models can hallucinate and create unpredictable wording. When drafting legally binding documents like IEPs or WIAT-4 evaluation reports, educators need exact, clinical precision. ScoreScribe uses strict deterministic rule-based logic to assemble clinically approved narratives directly from spreadsheet scores.
